All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade nature of our products, production begins immediately once an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item or variant
- The product not meeting personal expectations after purchase
- Any reason other than a damaged or defective item upon arrival
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you are fully covered. To be eligible for a refund or replacement under our 30-day warranty:
- You must contact us within 30 days of your delivery date
- You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect
- The damage must have occurred during transit or be a result of a manufacturing defect — not from use after delivery
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at our discretion.
Shipping Protection
Shipping protection only applies in the event that your product arrives physically damaged in transit. It does not cover change of mind, incorrect orders, or any situation where the product arrives in its intended condition.
