Handmade to Order
Every mug is handmade from scratch the moment your order is placed. Because of this, please allow time for your order to be carefully crafted before it ships.
Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are fulfilled within 7–15 business days from the date of purchase. This includes both production and shipping time.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please note that during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Shipping Delays
Once an order leaves our hands and is with the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. marenmakes is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. marenmakes is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at 📧 marenmakes@outlook.com and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
